Additional Fees
Matting
Should we find any matting while completing the groom. Please understand we will take care to try to remove them, but we will not put your pup in any discomfort & may shave your pup if we see fit.
Matting fees will depend on size of dog & the condition of the coat.
An additional fee will be charged for matting & is decided based on severity and location of matting.
You will be contacted before any additional services are commenced.
Day stays
As we are a small salon, we do not have the capacity to have multiple dogs in for the day. You are able to book a day stay in advance for up to 4 hours for $20.
As mentioned in our Pick up/Drop off policy; should you take longer than the agreed upon hour to collect your pup, you will be charged $10 for every 10 minutes following the pick up time.
